Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion allows you to block access to your account for a defined period or permanently. To set self-exclusion: Account → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Choose a period of 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. During self-exclusion, your account is locked, promotional emails are blocked, and our system prevents re-registration attempts from your known details.

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to cap how much you can deposit within each period. Limits take effect immediately when you reduce them. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period — this is intentional to prevent impulsive increases. Access via Account → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits.

Session Time Limits and Reality Checks

Set a maximum session length so you're reminded when you've been playing for a defined period. Reality check notifications alert you at defined intervals (every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) showing how long you've been playing and your session wins/losses. These are not interruptions — they're information that helps you make informed decisions about whether to continue.

Loss Limits

Set a maximum amount you're willing to lose in a day, week, or month. Once reached, all gaming activity is paused for the remainder of the period. Loss limits reset automatically at the start of each new period unless changed. Set them in Account → Responsible Gaming → Loss Limits.

Problem gambling can affect anyone. Common signs include:

• Gambling with money you can't afford to lose
• Chasing losses — playing more to win back what you've lost
• Gambling to escape stress, anxiety, or personal problems
• Lying to family or friends about how much you gamble or have lost
• Neglecting work, family, or social obligations due to gambling

• Borrowing money to gamble
